The new IBA report identifies the most pressing problems of the legal community for the next five years (2023-2028). Having highlighted the problematic aspects, in the future IBA plans to work on the development and promotion of unified solutions.

The document covers 7 main areas – artificial intelligence; environmental, social and corporate issues; attracting and retaining talent; clients and client assignments; perception of the profession and protection of the rule of law.

IBA intends to raise awareness and initiate positive changes in these areas.
