President of the IUCA Alexey Pavlovich Galoganov thanked the Belarusian Republican Bar Association for the high level of organization, emphasizing the special role of Belarusian colleagues in the activities of the Union. 

Alexey Pavlovich also presented certificates of IUCA "For attentive attitude to the education of young lawyers and merits in the development and strengthening of friendship and cooperation between lawyers of Belarus and Russia" to the Chairman of the BRCA Alexey Shvakov and Vice-President of the IUCA and for relations with CIS countries to Valerian Danilov.
